It is located within the borders of Harmanköy village in İnhisar district of Bilecik province.
Mikhael Kosses, Tekfur of Harmankaya, which was affiliated with the Byzantine Empire, eventually became one of Osman Bey's comrades-in-arms and converted to Islam, taking the name Abdullah Mihal. The mausoleum that has survived to this day was built in 2 during the reign of Abdulhamid II, on the site where the grave attributed to him is located.1
