The Acemyan House (No. 35) is a three-story wooden structure with a garden, built in 1910. Commissioned by Melkon and Arşaluys Acemyan, the house has hosted many famous figures, including Yahya Kemal Beyatlı, Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoğlu, Rıza Tevfik, Halide Edip Adıvar, Refik Halid Karay, and Nazım Hikmet.
