Atik Pasha Mansion is one of the Fer'iye palaces scattered over a large area of ​​Çırağan Palace. While the adjacent High School was used as the Harem Apartment, it is known that Atik Pasha Mansion was used as the Ağalar Apartment.

While the mansion was used as a cable depot by TEK for many years, its original wooden flooring was removed and a reinforced concrete system was installed inside the outer walls. In the eighties, while it was being renovated as a State Guesthouse, some columns were removed, steel frames were built, an attic was created and additional rooms were placed. New buildings were added to the garden; the facade of the mansion was restored with precast elements. The land belonging to the Treasury was leased to the Atik Pasha Four Seasons Company for 49 years to build and operate a 5-star hotel.
