It is a building on Köyiçi Caddesi No: 33 that remained abandoned until June 2023. The building, seen on the Pervititch 1922 map, hosted Heyecan H. Şahin's Chain of Envy exhibition in 2019. After the completion of the restoration project, it started to be used by a coffee chain brand on 06.06.2023.
