The most valuable examples of Bursa knives, known to have had nearly 700 types with different qualities over a 150-year period, are exhibited in the museum. Bursa knives, which draw attention with their unique features, have been created in the handle material and processing, barrel ornaments, and even in the typologies of some types of knives that bear Turkish sword characteristics, as unique to Bursa. The museum also recreates the spaces where knife masters of the past expressed their craft with wax sculptures. Remzi Sarıçetin, one of the famous knife masters of the period, sent the Bursa knife he produced and had his name engraved on it to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in 1922, Ankara. This knife also carried the message that Bursa is with you in the National Struggle. This letter written by Atatürk became a badge of honor for Bursa knife makers with every word and line. The correspondence between Remzi Usta and Atatürk was not forgotten in the museum and a commemorative corner was created.
