The mosque is located in Karaşar village, Çerkeş district, Çankırı province, in the Yukarı Mahalle (Upper Neighborhood) area, on parcel 10 of block 118, to the south of the neighborhood.

Owned by the Karaşar Mosque Foundation, this wooden mosque has a rectangular plan and a garden.

It was registered as protection group “1” with the decision of the Mosque Protection Board dated 06.02.2020 and numbered 7261.
