The building has two stories above the basement and a hipped roof. On the ground floor, a spiral staircase leads to the entrance door, which is set back from the facade. On the first floor, the front and side facades project outward on wooden cantilevers. The building is not currently in use.
It was registered as a Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 2) by Decision No. 7697 of the Edirne Cultural and Natural Heritage Preservation Board, dated July 4, 2003.1
The arch above the building’s entrance gate bears the date 1320 in Ottoman script (corresponding to 1902–1903 in the Gregorian calendar).
