The stone masonry building located in Çatalca Center, Istanbul is under second degree monumental protection since it was built in 1884. It is an original architectural example due to the material it is made of. It is currently in a state of collapse. There is a round arched arch on the front facade. It is made of stone in a contiguous order and has a ground floor. Repairs have been made to the stone-brick arches. The left facade has a low arched entrance.
