It is located east of Safranbolu district, approximately 11 km from Karabük and Safranbolu, 1,5 km inside the Karabük-Kastamonu highway. The date of construction of the Stone Bridge, located 500 m. north of the Konarı Village center, over the Eflani Stream, is unknown since it has no inscription. It is thought to have been built during the Candaroğulları period. The bridge has two round arches, 34 m long. The aqueducts are on the same surface as the Tempan wall. There is a long cornice on the arches. It is made of rubble stone and cut stone. The railings of the bridge have not survived to the present day. This bridge is not used since a new bridge was built next to it.
