The building, designed by Ahsen Yapaner, was built between 1937-1939. In terms of ease of transportation, one side is associated with the city and the other side with the freight station. It is a three-part building with a three-story tobacco warehouse, a raki production area on the street side, a winery in the basement, a bottle washing section, and a warehouse. It was demolished after 1980.
