The building consists of rectangular sections on two sides and a rectangular entrance in the middle. Unlike the stepped arrangement on the front facade of the building, the back part consists of a completely flat wall. There are three rectangular windows on each side. There is a rectangular window above the mirrored arched entrance door. The main walls of the library are terminated with three rows of spiked eaves and covered with a tiled hipped roof.
